Christopher P. Doherty, Esq.
Chris Doherty has been practicing law in the Social Security arena for over 30 years. His background includes working for the Social Security Administration specializing in dealing with disability claims.
He founded Doherty, Cella, Keane LLP with his two partners in November 1995. Doherty, Cella, Keane LLP is a Limited Liability Law Firm Partnership that represents claimants nationally for Social Security disability benefits.
Chris is a frequent lecturer and renowned subject matter expert on Social Security Administrative Law and Insurance. He is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claims Representatives (NOSSCR). Chris has been a member of and served on the Law Committee of The International Claim Association, the Disability Management Employer Coalition, and the New England Claim Association.
Chris practices out of Massachusetts and is a graduate of Tufts University and Suffolk University Law School and he is married with five children.
Laura Cella-Donovan, Esq.
Laura has been representing clients before the Social Security Administration exclusively since 1992. She comes from an insurance industry background having been employed as a Claim Representative for Travelers Insurance Company.
She founded Doherty, Cella, Keane LLP with her two partners in November, 1995. Laura co-authored West’s supplement to Massachusetts Administrative Law & Practice.
She practices out of the Massachusetts office and is a graduate of Boston College, Suffolk University Law School, and Suffolk University School of Management. Laura is married and has two children.
Martin E. Keane, Esq.
Martin has practiced exclusively in the Social Security disability field since 1992.
He founded Doherty, Cella, Keane LLP with his two partners in November 1995. Martin comes from an insurance industry background, and his work in the insurance industry prior to private legal practice, adds an important element to the firm’s service capabilities.
Martin is a graduate of the College of Holy Cross and is a cum Laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School. Martin has four children.

Barbara A. Mountain
Barbara Mountain has been working in the Social Security arena since 1994, initially as a Claims Representative and Public Information Liaison with the Social Security Administration, having expertise in both Social Security and Supplemental Security Income.
Barbara also has an insurance background working with Liberty Mutual as their Social Security Assistance Program Manager and as an Operations Manager over short-term disability, long-term disability and FMLA.
In her current role she is the primary contact with all national client companies, and she is responsible for customer satisfaction, retention, service, quality control and training. Barbara is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and events.
Barbara has been a member of and served on the Disability Committee of the International Claim Association, the Disability Management Employer Coalition, and the New England Claim Association. She is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of New Hampshire.
Barbara is married and has two children.
Matthew Pepp, Esq.
Matt has been working exclusively in the Social Security arena since 2005, and has extensive experience representing clients at all phases of appeal.
A veteran of hundreds of SSDI hearings, he is driven by a desire to help claimants individually through zealous and effective advocacy, and to help claimants as a whole through creating efficient and scalable organizational processes.
Matt is a graduate of Bradford College and Massachusetts School of Law, and is admitted to the Massachusetts State Bar. He previously held several management positions at The Advocator Group (formerly Crowe, Paradis and Albren).
He is married with four children.

Kathleen M. Ziminski, CPA, CFP®
Kathy has been working exclusively in the financial services industry since 1986. She has extensive experience as a CPA in the small business area and working with high net worth individuals.
She worked in public accounting for 31 years and worked as a consultant with Doherty, Cella, Keane LLP since 2008 before joining the firm fulltime as Director of Finance in January of 2018. Kathy has also earned the designation of a Certified Financial PlannerTM. She is a graduate of Merrimack College and is a member of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs.
Kathy is married and has three children.
